Shipping Information:

The only method of shipping available is overnight priority by UPS or FedEx to ensure that you receive your order of corals fast enough to guarantee a live arrival. It is the only way the arrive live guarantee applies.

Refunds:

Here at Aquatic Affinity we have something called a live arrive guarantee policy. This means that if you order corals from us and they arrive dead you will receive a store credit for the value of the lost merchandise. For this policy to arrive you must take a picture of any coral you find looks dead next to the shipping packaging and invoice attached. Contact the customer service email and send in the picture with a description of the coral in question and we will contact you back with further instructions and information.

Frequently Asked Questions:

Why is shipping so high? Overnight shipping is very expensive unfortunately, we do our best to make the costs as low as possible, however, by working with UPS and FedEx. But the best way to lower prices? Buy from us! That's right, the more you purchase the more shipping rates will go down!

Is it risky to ship coral? Not if its done the right way. We pack the corals gently and safely, you'll see when you get them, and pamper them before they leave. You'll also find cool or hot packs in the shipment for less than ideal weather conditions.
